Mission

Our primary goal is the fabrication and development of various biomedical microfluidic devices and opto-fluidic instruments that can contribute from R&D to clinical applications. We offer an effective transfection technology for intracellular drug delivery for cell engineering, gene therapy, and various biomedical applications. Furthermore, we offer several products related to semiconductor fabrication technology, such as single and double-sided mask aligners.
